| ANSWER: neon uses extremely high voltage (they convert 12volts dc to AC) and therefor when you decrease the voltage it would just turn off & potentially burn up your neon transformer. |

| ANSWER: I will not affect charging the battery. Battery life depends on how many lights you install. LEDs draw very low current, should last a LONG time. It fits in a very small space, so it should be easy to install out of sight on your bike. |
